From what I can tell it's a cliffhanger ending. After a bunch of lending sessions she's like "actually, I've been giving you false reports", and goes on to describe more netorare-like events, and then at the end is like hmm, was I lying or was I not? And then the friend that he's been lending her to texts him saying they need to talk in private, and the story ends.

A bit too extreme for me, but I imagine NTR people will like it.

Yes, it was a cliffhanger ending (kind of), made so that we (as the reader) could do what's called jiko touei (self projection) into the story.

For clarity, the last line she asked the MC is :

"Which one would be better, (all those things i told you) to be [ Lies ] or [ Truth ]?"

P.S.
The MC does asks himself :
"If I say Truth, will everything (her getting pregnant and become the other dude's "thing (mono/もの)" turns to reality"
