I believe he's doing work for actual animation studios, so, lewd stuff is sort of not the best thing to do even on the side, for personal image sake.

Yep. He has been working as an animator again since 2014. He took part in famous work like fate/apocrypha, sword art online, kabaneri and many many others. Maybe if he quits animator again, we can see his manga again. Sorry for him but i hope so

Maybe he will change his mind if many people told him to start pixiv fanbox, you can have a try on twitter.
I have sent message to him on twitter, suggest him to open pixiv fanbox but no feedback. it is a pity such a great artist stop ero manga.
