As to the Dishwasher controversy, the Berne Convention author copyright belongs to Dishwasher1910 if he commissioned this cosplay by PingPing as a work for hire. This is probably the case when he offers it as part of his Patreon set. The problem occurs when cosplay collectors are faced with the decision of storing files by cosplayer name or by author name.
