I don't generally like translator notes in my translations, so I'll put a few explanations here.

This genre is traditionally translated as "Reversed gender roles", so that's what I went with, though the Japanese more specifically refers to sexual norms (chastity).

In the first half of the title "Kami-machi Saito" means "Waiting for god site", and basically refers to a website for people who run away from home and are seeking assistance (i.e. the people helping them are the "gods"). This naturally can lead to sexual exploitation (I'll fuck you if you let me stay with you), and these sites are apparently used for prostitution. This is the protagonist's motivation for trying it out. I've translated it as "Runaways site" because this explanation is long and boring.

The second half of the title is lifted directly from an obscure (yet inexplicably popular in Japan) American science fiction short story called "The only neat thing to do". I read the whole thing, so I can confirm that it's both overrated and has fuck all to do with this manga.

On page 3, "Like a spider's thread lowered into the darkness" is a reference to the short story "The Spider's Thread", in which a sinner in hell is granted salvation in the form of his one good deed, a spider he once decided not to kill while he was alive. This was also referenced in danganronpa V3, and in none of these three examples does it have a happy ending.
