If the artist wants to stop, they will stop and just use pirating as an excuse. Horosuke regularly gets 300-2000 likes on all their fanbox posts and even if only a fraction of these people are in the 300 plan (say 300 people), thats still a lot of contribution even with the cut that fanbox takes. It's not greed to want people to stop sharing elsewhere, but also if i didnt see his art on a random ass booru then i would have never known they exist since i dont regularly browse fanbox/pixiv (btw i am in their 300 plan). Not everyone can support every artist on the site and its asinine to think they could. Why get mad for this one artist's works being posted when LITTERALLY EVERY OTHER WORK IS ALSO GETTING POSTED, fanbox, pixiv, or otherwise. Its fking dumb, but then again this is a pirating site.

They are making too much money to want to stop. Even if their motivation goes down, their posting will likely just be once a month like most other users. In a way its a empty threat since if he stops posting then people will just go somewhere else, that's how this works. Getting mad for his sake accomplishes nothing since the people who want to support them will and the people who dont never will and will browse sites like this.
