The translation was a bit rough. Most of the sentences were missing capitals at the start, and some of the verb tenses were wrong.

ex: "did i made you wait?" "i was just arrived too." (It should be "Did I make you wait?" and "I just arrived too.")

The plot was also a bit hard to follow, I think because you translated it too literally. What makes sense in japanese does not always make sense in english, and you should try to be flexible when translating it so that it makes sense in english. Her use of "senpai" is a bit confusing, because in english, we don't expect people to be referred to in third person when they are being spoken to.

Additionally, personally speaking, I don't mind when further liberties are taken when translating, if the meaning is preserved, but I know that some people do object to that. I think it would read better if the girl's dialogue was reorganized from "Anyway, senpai likes these kinds of things too, huh... I thought it seriously was a joke or something when a normal guy confessed to a girl with a huge dick" to something like "So, futanari really are your type, huh, sensei? I seriously thought it was a prank or something when a normal guy like you confessed to a girl with a huge dick like me..."

I think "Even with that, I confessed seriously because I love Miyamoto-san for real! I'm not kidding!" could be phrased as "It was not a prank! That part of you doesn't change how I feel about you! I confessed because I love you no matter what, Miyamoto-san!"

As for the last speech bubble on that page, I really don't know what to make of it. The transition between that page and the next is really sudden and doesn't make sense at all. Maybe if you added an "Ah jeez...." in the last bubble, and then on the next page could start with "Senpai, you're making me get hard!"

You also missed the text on the side of the bubble in the top left of the third page.
