I think this is out of order. There is a Korean gallery here: /g/1978664/288d1ed6d4/ which seems to be in order.

Looking at the formatting I think this was a webcomic and the Korean one is a collected manga of ti so maybe it was how it appeard on teh web? As for why the son lets it happen. i think the "Bad Kid" gave him his maid who the MC had a crush on,. Bad kid uses a video of the MC and the maid fucking to trick the mom. MC warns him once and things it's done, but finds out they're still doing it. When he punches the Bad Kid the maid shows up,. I think she was gone, not sure, but it stops him from beating him up. The MC probably would have stopped the gang bang, but he was being blown by the maid while he was watching his mom. I'm assuming the reason the Bad kid let the mom get caught by the Dad was because he knew the MC was going to be a problem. The end is some people talking about the rumors fo someone's Mom getting in trouble I think and a coupel of other poeple mentiong the Mom was takine off the site. I kinda wish we saw more fallout, and I'm guessing the Bad kid could have used teh video of MC's mom to keep him from beating his ass.

This is all google translated so take it with a graim of sald, I probalby have some points wrong, but I think the broad strokes are correct.
