Why attempt to set "western" tag? It is clearly translated with translator notes. SFX are in Japanese (though one page, weirdly has one *munch* sfx in Russian as *чавк*). TNs clearly refers to source material as Japanese and discusses some points of Japanese language. Looks like Japanese and not western to me.
