Except for the derogatory comments that are part of the script a very well done story. The arywork is excellent and for the most part an enjoyable story.

The fear and tension, mixed in with longing, the deep personal need to get naked in public that you must resist, keep trying to resist... eventually failing... Relatable.

While you're disgust for the original twist is understandable, I find that there are better ways to rewrite it other than making the father apologise for somehow failing his daughter.

Make him a doting father who realised that since his daughter loves being exhibitionist, he may as well create scenarios that lets her happily indulge in her desires while keeping her nice and safe from the risks. While he is weirded out at how his little angel turned out, it doesn't matter to him as long as his daughter is happy.
