Well, its not like the MC is not entirely at fault. He had his chances, he blow it up(this might be classified as NTR). Blame it on other people for their own shortcoming is bad. Yes, the MC has faults of his own, but there is no denying that the brothers were acting like dicks. Same goes for the girls who (in the first chapter) were just using the MC as a tool to meet the older brother. Look, it's one thing for the brothers and the girls to decide who they date and have sex with, but they could at least have tried not to be so in his face about it. Especially the brothers, who actively seemed to go out of their way to spite the guy.
