This is not a dupe of /g/36589/52f1a63471/10-m-y/ but alt chapter translation. Mine is a Seinen-Manga translation, the other one is Reromanga.

This is difficult to classify as rape even though the guy says it himself, mostly due to the fact that she seems to secretly be okay with the act both during and after. Rather, if anything, she is more repulsed by the social taboo/guilt aspect of it than the act or the person involved, and once she accepts that she is all for it. Contextually, I'm going to go with not-rape for tagging purposes on this one.
