so basic the guy for whatever reason ended up visiting the sex parlor or whatever which lead to the wife being neglected. the wife either becomes accustom to not receiving intimacy or finds a way to pass the time which results in guy going to the parlor more often, wife either has been or begins to cheat due to this new dynamic (it's seems somewhat implied that the wife has been cheating given how the AP notes how ready for more she is after that session, it could be that she just has great stamina but eh) and guy makes a mistress outta the sex worker.
