Well it started with the breakup of the main couple, then the realization that Karen caused it, followed by the sinking of the David x Alice ship and ending with David turning into a complete cuckold. Imo the David thing is a big one that caused a lot of the hate due to lewdua pissing off both the futa x male crowd and the ones that wanted futa x fem/futa only.
