This is actually miniguy, not minigirl. You can see it rather clearly on page 21 and page 30. Probably needs a shotacon tag as well, maybe male:crossdressing.

I'm pretty sure it's actually giantess, the summary for the game explains that the main character's sisters, elder and younger ended up getting an experimental potion spilled on them and grew. The main character is just a small, shota-esque guy. The maid is just big, not actually giant, though it appears that way due to the contrast between them.
