Edit: Totally overlooked when i posted this but as devlog87 already stated, this is a fan comic for Cloud Meadow, for those who don't know it's a Harvest Moon-type game with sex added to it. It describes itself on its homepage as "The sexy monster breeding RPG". I discovered the game a while ago on steam, even put it in my wishlist but forgot about it until just now when i looked at the game again and remembered when i saw the giant orc lady.

So anyway you can find it on Steam, enjoy.
