I believe the updates are very slightly different expressions (like Illya’s eyes) and small added details (like Rin having more defined lips). The biggest change here is probably on Page 13 where Rin’s eyes roll to the back of her head, unlike in the original where her eyes are still relatively normal and doesn’t sell that ahegao expression.
