This manga by Dou Yutaka is about a woman who encounters the future version of her husband who tells her she died of a non-curable disease (possibly cancer) when their son becomes a successful baseball player and that he comes back to the past to see her one last time and want to have sex with her ,the woman at first disagree but accepts.
