I really hope I didn't somehow miss that this was already translated, I searched thoroughly without finding anything but I was really surprised such an old work by a pretty popular artist didn't get translated yet. But, well, if it didn't: Here you go!
Edit: Ah well, should've known and searched for it more, guess this'll be my first alternative translation then.

why do Japanese make their comics like this? every page is so busy I can't tell what I'm looking at most of the time. it's especially bad without color. it would be so much better if each scene was depicted clearly, with no overlapping. oh, well…

To save up on pages needed to be done? This one isn’t even that messy, and Western comics like marvel and D.C. are pretty bland and empty nowadays.

Because some artists are more focused on the "run-on sentence" way of structuring their comics. It's letting the dialogue string together some sort of shared idea between scenes of depravity to give it context rather than go through a full moment in time with going through an event and letting the page flow run with that. This guy is indeed a bit more cluttered with how he does it. Good expression and pinup work, but as telling a story clearly, it's kinda weak stuff. It's like someone breathlessly yelling about the hopeless tragedy game over scene. There's very little in the way of measured pace and it's just vignettes of rape, like an anime opening/ending sequence rather than a full scene.

This is actually part of the "dropout" series, but thanks for the effort anyway. (I also had the hardest time finding it)

Shardshatter, the problem for me is that it's just difficult to read. I have to consciously focus on each individual part of the image, analyzing them one by one, then mentally piecing together the full picture, like it's a puzzle or something. this requires a surprising amount of effort. I almost never have this issue when reading Western or Korean comics, or really any other non-Japanese comics.
