I think the reason it doesn't work is that you need to add this line " http://ehtracker.org/2017081/announce " (without the " " ) in your tracker information
Right-click your torrent -> go Properties -> you should see other addresses like the one I pasted, paste it after them
I'm not sure we have the same torrent client but either way you should be able to find this info with not too many difficulties
