So he's just gonna move on from his brother cheating on the woman he's always loved, and she's going to just move on from being cheated on because her husband gave her a necklace? And his family is pulling a "Traditional values" by telling her to let it go? AND he was banging a former student?

I guess this is trying to mirror a real life situation but even in a real life situation this is a shitty situation.

What the hell was even the point then? Nobody had a resolution except the cheating husband. It feels like there's a good 5+ missing pages and a few more for a proper ending. Is the girl just naive? Dumb? We'll never know.
