Sorry, but the original resolution is not 1280px horizontal. The original resolution of the RAW found here: /g/1690674/b88bff9637/ is 2508x3541 or 3541x2508 as you can clearly see by looking at the "Download original" link at the bottom of the pages.

Because I am just the translator. As far as I am aware, this is all of Kaaya. The source that I have been using and that you are probably referring to just happens to be 10 pages because it includes the pages with and without Japanese text. If more of it gets available, I will be happy to translate it, but to do that I depend on other's to provide the source material first. Or カーヤ (Kaaya) happens to not be part of the title. In that case please link it here
