I came here to go to fap town and ended up down memory lane. It's cool to see the concept sketches when you've only ever known the characters in 90's cgi.

Holy FUCK, this art is beyond amazing! These guys had a truly spectacular vision for this show. It makes me wish for so much more. A comic book, a 2D animated series, a movie, clothing and other merchandise...my mind boggles at the possibility. If anything, the 3D was holding them back...but I guess if they didn't hone their skills with computer graphics, we would have never gotten Beast Wars, so it was for the best. I like how the concept art makes it look like Otto Rocket got sucked into Space Paranoids. The whole show is like a weird urban version of Tron, I guess.

Damn, this show was my childhood. Weekends had meaning because my family would compete over who would get to pick the early morning shows to watch, and the one who got there first was always the one who made the decision. This was one show that everyone agreed on.
