>Censored content >pls commission me tho EDIT: To be less of a douchebag about it. Nobody LIKES censored content. The reason that it is so common to see is due to one of two reasons. Primarily it is because those works are created by Japanese artists, and their State law demands that pornographic works get censored. So, there are various levels of censorship that occur to the work of those artists. And some websites like Deviantart, Pixiv, and others demand certain conduct from their users. Which sometimes does include compelled censorship.
The second reason people [generally western artists, typically amateurs] censor their work is a mistaken idea that people will pay to see the unaltered work. I'm not an artist that generates income, so I can't comment on the veracity of this notion. But it is my gut feeling that this isn't typically the case.
I'm not attempting to make a moral judgment on artists mutilating their work for the purpose of marketability. I have opinions on the censorship of art, but its not relevant to this context. And, I'm sorry if I made you feel like crap previously. You do have a lot of technical growth to complete. But you are a better artist than myself, for the simple fact that you are publishing work, and I am not. Your work may not be technically masterful but it has imagination to it. Especially with difficult poses like this one; /s/39776fe44f/1768358-9 Your technical mastery will grow with time if you remain consistent and push yourself to improve.
to be honest i dont really know how this works :C i'm just starting, but people always censored they stuff and ask to follow on patreon :C isnt it the good way?
I'm going to put more effort on faces then ! and yeah i didn't quite grasp how to draw dick in my earlier stuff, thanks for the comment :D As long as it's constructive like that i love criticism so don't hesitate
Here's a tip: don't ask people to pay for your art when you're still dogshit at it. If you want practice and to get your name out there, fulfill requests by all means, but you need to improve your skills before you start charging. There will always be people on the internet who will compliment and pay for just about anything, but you're going to alienate most of your potential audience if you start trying to monetize at your current level.
You need more work on the basics—proportions, perspective, anatomy, and coloring. Keep at it and you'll get there, it just takes time.
As you said their will always be people to pay for anything, and i've already commissioned a bit of my work. I'm not asking for a lot of money but i am doing it for the money i'm not hiding that. But yeah of course i'm not that good yet, but i'm still drawing and improving with every drawing :D Moreover I don't think hentai will be my endgame, i just need a bit of money on the side while i study (to actually pay for classes outside of what i already have in my school). But your comment is nice and i will try to keep it in mind and work a bit harder and a lot smarter !
