Which volume (chapter) is it after the final chapter in this? Is it volume 13? I want to read the story but the volumes confuses me.

Chapters are referred to as "Volumes" and it's a little annoying.
They then release omnibus/compilation books or what we know as actual volumes, which take up some of the chapter numbers.
Chapters 1/2/3/4/5 are contained in "Volume 6"
Chapters 7/8/9/10/11 are contained in "Volume 12"
Chapters 13/14/15/16 and assuming a 17, will be in "Volume 18"
There are 14 individual chapters as of typing this.
