Oh, I concur.
But 'no penetration' is inapplicable also then, given "No insertion of anything into a vagina, anus, or any other bodily opening".
Unless, of course, those vibrators are not inserted - but then 'nudity only' should apply without objections since it would be just decorations. In any way: wires are going in - means no 'nudity only', no 'no penetration'.
