You dont need to create a new gallery everytime you want to add some more pictures into your gallery. Just make a clone of that gallery and adding what you want then public the clone gallery instead of making/creating more galleries with the same content with the old gallery.
That's why your previous galleries are restricted in accessing. Because some people would think of you as a spammer.
