@violastrings The implication seems to be Takeuchi went dormant somehow given the explicit "reawakening" on page 37/66 and Takeuchi would have no motivation to act surprised/resist when the teacher rapes Nakase. However, that doesn't make sense given the Significant Look on the last panel of chapter 1. Honestly this whole chapter feels aimless and unmotivated compared to how good ch1 was. I'm going to backseat write like an asshole but forgive me for this:
Taking as a premise that Takeuchi never went away and has just been acting ever since he "faked" the amnesia in ch1, he and Uemura have boring sex in Uemura's room. This would be out of character for Nakase (as it is in the actual chapter) but totally in character for Takeuchi as a way to tease/confuse Uemura. The next day, Takeuchi contrives a way to make Uemura come back to discover that the homeroom teacher is raping Nakase. In this version, Takeuchi has motivation to act surprised and try to resist the teacher. Uemura is too much of a coward to barge in and stop him so he has to pretend he didn't see anything and Takeuchi acts cold and distant but doesn't confront him as a way to further unnerve him. This culminates in the scene with the gangbangers who do the same scene but it ends in a mindbreak for Uemura.
There's my version that can be accomplished with minimal changes to the art itself. It solves the plot hole the arises from Takeuchi being "dormant" instead of acting the whole time, which doesn't make sense given the first chapter ending. It also gives Takeuchi a reason to get together with Uemura at the beginning of this chapter. Since Uemura is the only one who knows about the possession, Takeuchi needs to mindbreak him so he won't spill the beans. Sorry for the masturbatory rant (some pun intended). This chapter just disappointed me so much compared to the amazing premise set up by the first chapter.
