It was taken from official pixiv and translated. The main difference to the printed copy is addition of many extra chapters, which artist originally wasn't able to include due to the size limitations.
In total, 153 extra pages for the first 4 volumes.

You know, irpt is not too bad to represent the deep fall of depression.
