However, the dude in last panel implies that he misses old version of the girl where they just hang and be happy or something. I think it's kind of netorare since the dude is a victim here.

Synopsis:

I think it's ambiguous what happens next. Maybe hikikomori leaves the house and meets crossdresser-san, maybe not. But the innocence is lost forever. Overall, pretty good.
