I really don't mind skin suit stuff when it doesn't involve murdering someone apparently. It's not really skin suits that most find disturbing, it's the snuff aspect of it.

People tend to find possession, corruption, mind control/break, and cloning more appealing because it doesn't involve killing the target usually.

I'll admit the Deep Stalker series is probably my favorite example of the skinsuit thing here simply because it's a story that is very aware of the horror aspects and runs with it.

Also... why are they using this for just a brothel apparently? I'm reminded of the fact that the setting actually does have jutsu for stealing people's faces/skin and using it as a disguise. Orochimaru does it at one point. There's also other techniques for copying appearances that would be a lot less conspicuous than killing someone and wearing their skin, thus better suited for some sort of brothel with less chance of drawing the ire of other ninja.

It's weird when useful super powers are part of a porn plot and no one ever thinks to use it for purposes other than sex even though they could do all kinds of other useful things with it. Just in this setting this would be more useful for espionage than anything else or perhaps stealing other ninjas' abilities.
