This is awful. In fact, you pretty much did everything wrong that you could do wrong. Not only is this not an actual translation, your typesetting, cleaning, and just overall editing are all terrible. I'm being very blunt here before you delude yourself into doing more of this.

Yeah... the word choice, spacing, and dialogue aren’t the best. I’ve read enough hentai to know many of the pieces of dialogue were not close to what the original should be just based on how characters talk in these kind of doujins.
IE: never seen “kink crest” only ever “lust crest” or similar for womb tattoos. She’s also saying she’s cumming on the fourth page after being touched once. And the slime goes “into her pussy” before it’s barely in her pants. And then the squares were inconsistently used to represent her inner monologue or statuses/descriptions.

Rephrasing it like this should be more understandable for English readers.

The last word (噴乳) is a made up word so there's no real meaning and mtl would definitely fail here. It's made up by combining kanji of erupt and milk/breast, so I think something like breast/milk squirt would do Fantasy genre like this tend to have a lot of made up words, so it wouldn't work if you only rely on MTL.
