I'm conflicted... The character is initially a "male herm", a person with both penis and vagina, but visually a male. The futanari tag description matches the genital part, but is in "female" namespace...

Because the tags are based are around otaku/weeb lingo and 'male' futa in hentai is virtually nonexistant since it ruins the fantasy of futas/herms. That's the oversimplified version. Besides your complaint is a non issue right now, since the guy is grows tits anyway so you can put the gallery under the female futa tag.
