The protagonist Sakura became a doctor(Which is also a "Sensei" in Japanese) and cheating with his patient, just like the other Sakura(the teacher) cheated with his student (Minagawa, the heroine) before him.

Like father like son, although it wasn't clear are both Sakura related.

I love how this thing got cuckold/NTR tag on Fanza despite how flimsy it is.

Short Summary: (as there's no way I can work on 100+ pages by myself though inbox is open for anyone who wants to collab)
- Our boy got a tutor who has a thing going on between them & been throwing all the signs at him. The boy confessed and they are going out. In the beginning, the sex was vanilla but she was beginning to ask for rougher & rougher play. He was initially not sure about it because that's not the way he loves her but eventually succumbs to it, yet he still can't help but wonder what was her previous relationship like for her to be such a masochist.

- Flashback to the tutor's perspective when she was still a 'serious & good girl' at school, the advisor of her brass band was a good-looking guy who shows some favoritism towards her. This caused the other girl to dislike her and one way lead to another, she ended up in a sexual relationship with the married teacher/club advisor of which she was initially uncomfortable with. As her friends grew more distant with her, she feels that her relationship with the advisor was 'special' & that kept her going until eventually at the graduation's day he asked to part ways with her.

- Her next few relationships didn't last long until a young boy (the MC) who has the same name as her brass band advisor made a tutoring appointment with her and came. She was immediately hooked to him & understood what her club's advisor meant with 'the only one I need'. But she's no longer the same good girl like she was in school and knows what she wants, so she began to work & mold him up just like what the advisor did to her. Slowly turning the boy into just like what the advisor was.

- They finally go on their first date where she tried to relive her experience at school by asking the boy to roleplay as a teacher and her as a schoolgirl. Some furious wrestling later, the boy asked if they'd ever be able to just have normal sex like what it used to be but she told him that these kinds of sex are the only one those who have a 'special' relationship can have. And the boy falls in love even further with her. The books wrapped up with the boy being a perfect mold of the club advisor & cheated on her.

Her brass band club advisor/teacher is married, no idea about the nurse since it's not written anywhere.
IIRC Fanza doesn't have a separate 'cheating' tag, so it falls under the wide umbrella of cuckoldry/NTR.
