The title might not be translated accurately. The individual kanji (Zen, Kobi, Kei, Kan) translate roughly to Panting, Flirtation, Competition, Rape. The rape part is correct, at least.

I'm betting on some obscure word-play going on here...
One meaning for "Abi" is the lowest level of Hell in Buddhism.
"Kyoukan", depending on what kanji combination it's written with, can mean all kinds of things,
including (1) villain/outlaw/assassin, (2) heinousness/ferocity, or (3) scream.
Disclaimer, I don't actually know Japanese, I'm just a n00b with some dictionaries.

To be fair, I didn't even try to do a proper translation and I didn't notice the Furigana on the credits page, otherwise, I would have used 'Abi Kyoukan" as the title.
I assume there will be a consensus before too long and there will be a rename petition. I'll probably vote for the Romaji version of the title unless someone suggests a decent translation.
