This is absolutely yandere. She saved him but she did it because she has a deep attachment and fascination with him. Within a day of him living with her she made a move on him. He's gone from one abuser to another, they physically and emotionally abused him but she's abusing him emotionally and sexually. He's happy about it but he also is so damaged by his old situation that he has no idea what "normal" is anymore.

It's still a "good end" based on where it started but she effectively entrapped him and he realizes it but the fear of having to go back to where he was means he doesn't want to fight it. He does love her and it's a loving relationship but it's still not what he fully wants out of life but accepts it out of both fear and desperation. He knows she's not right in the head and the situation is bad news. If he ever decides to try and move on from her or start his own life it'll get bad REAL fast. She's clearly made her entire life revolve around him, taking care of his every need to let him presumably focus on school. But when that day comes when/if he decides to go to college far away or get a girlfriend he could very well end up back in a physically abusive situation.

Or he could just impregnate her at some point accidentally and wallow as he puts it in his situation. Either/or.

I'm under the assumption that she probably didn't KILL them (body disposal is difficult at the best of times and eventually questions get asked if someone falls off the face of the earth without notice. More likely she entrapped them legally by either gathering evidence or catching them in the act of abuse or kept some form of records to get them apprehended by legal authorities. Given how we're shown their sociopathic behaviors thats likely a VERY long sentence and if not prison they are likely being held in a mental detention facility to "treat" their issues. Which leaves MC Kun as free real estate for the girl.

Kind of wholesome yandere. She heals him in a way by giving him all the comfort he never had, but she also controls his life to the point where she changes his clothes for him. Compared to his original situation he is much better off, but he is still not in an amazing place should he ever screw up somehow and make her mad.
