Some information:

1. You can blacklist uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (in settings)
2. You now can hide tags you dislike, and watch tags you like (configure it in "my tags")
3. Galleries with guro and scat should give you an warning before opening, unless you disabled it. (delete the "nw" cookie to enable it again)

Well... there is usually 1 of 2 justifications:
1. They can control their organs finely enough to pull them all the way into their stomach backwards
2. The intestines can digest things too. (Which is partially true, since they're most of the digestive system, just not this extreme.)

Concerning this fetish, realism usually comes second. The preferences of the artist come first.
