Since the update of the upload interface last year the gallery language can be changed by the uploader under the point "Gallery Language". You can select the language from the drop menu and add a full power language tag.

If the language setting for the gallery and the language on the images don't match, instead of complaining in a post, make yourself useful by either adding the appropiate language tag yourself (if it didn't happen already or was forgotten by the uploader) or simply upvoting the language tag.

If your primary interest in translating is exhibitionism then have you looked at Charu? That artist primarily does exhibitionism and has a whole swath of stuff that's been untranslated so far. Hell the people that handle his stuff at Munyu have a whole lot of it translated apparently but they're lacking editors so if you're ever interested you could jon their discord community and have a whole bunch of the work already be done if you do get interested in his work
