Thanks for your translation. I have a few suggestions, though I hope I'm not too nitpicky.
I remember this and was pretty sure the artist drew more variations of this.
And as I thought, you can find the new and clean version in my older gallery (page 1438-1443), and with the same setting but slightly different (page 1425-1431)

Translation mistakes:
飲食も排泄も許可したとき以外禁止だからな
"You are forbidden to eat or drink anything other than excrement without permission"
-> You are forbidden to eat, drink, or defecate other than when given permission.
(The important part is that she is forbidden from defecating, not that that she can't eat anything other than excrement)
ホラ、元気に腹ん中で動いてるぞ
"Hey, looks like your belly is moving around very lively!"
-> Look, it's thriving and moving around inside your belly!
(It's not her belly that's moving, it's the slug that's moving (腹ん中でinside her belly))

Grammar:
