中二病:Simply put, a crazy person. Self-contained people in their own brains, which happen to japanese boys of about 13 years old. Since this age corresponds to the 2nd grade of junior high school in Japan, it is said to be a "中二病". 中(学生) / Junior High School Student, 二(年) / 2nd grade and 病 / a disease, but not a real disease.
