That kind of hopeful outcome is about as common as a unicorn; it does exist though. For fans of the NTR genre, the attraction to the idea of a girl falling into corruption due to her own, often foolish actions, and then enduring the results is what people want. That, and the inevitable realization on the part of the guy being NTR'd, who is typically too dumb, unperceptive, and/or weak-willed to do anything about it.
