Because the mods are lazy and seem to think that using the tag combo along with blacklisting is best which is straight up dumb. There have been loads of users asking for a futa on female tag for years but any discussion gets met with the same response and goes nowhere. Here's an example https://forums.ehentaihip.cc/index.php?showtopic=237809. What makes it worse is that we have two tags dedicated to futa on male and not a single one for female and the mods can't get their heads out of their own asses to actually realize how fucking nonsensical that is
