tbf, he started the eng translation due to piracy (others are distributing translated material so ill just do it myself) and now hes closing it due to piracy

ok so he actually hires someone to both translate and manage his english social media pages, that post marks exactly 1 year since he started the english translations. ofc its easier to say its due to piracy rather than trying to tap the eng audience didnt work as well as expected

if he has to pay someone else for translations and social media management I kind of understand why he shut down since if the ENG fanbox ended up costing more than it was making, just gonna hope someone else picks up translations now I guess

Meh, i think it was just not enough publicity, until i read that comment i didn't realize this was an official translation, i bet many people didn't realize eithe rand thought it was just the usual fan transaltions.

Plus i bet if he asks around he would find 1 or 2 fans willing to translate stuff for him cheap or even for free.

Nah, he was dumb, he got some popularity doing doujin of other works like games, manga, etc but he probably thought he should do his original works and most of them are just NTR so he didn't hit big

By looking at his english social media accounts i always got the impression he isnt that popular in the western side of the internet which is a shame, talented artists like Nigiri need more western support, specially since most well established western artists are becoming more and more lazy now they get aprox $2000 per month and they are surrounded by a bunch of cocksuckers willing to censor anyone who dares to criticize their favorite artist. i know that people get burnout or have irl problems but most of them dont even bother to mention that to their supporters till last minute.
