Yeah, she's done a good job of imitating a doll - which fits in with the theme of the anime. But I'm guessing photoshop has been liberally added to complete the effect.
Not that I'm against photoshop and post-production effects, in this case it does add to the effect, just with a lot of sets there's so much photoshop it should be reclassified as 3D art
