Pages 14 and 15 look somewhat weird to me, after amputating limbs it seems only natural to want to cut off his dick as well and yet it's intact, but it can be just me.

Lots of people really aren't into this stuff, so for that reason, I'd like for you to consider adding a blank image (or with a written warning on it) as the first picture, so people don't see the current one when scrolling through galleries.

Once a gallery is published adding, removing, or reordering files will require creating a cloned gallery and counts as an update. The new (child) gallery immediately replaces the older one (with a new timestamp) once published. Cloned galleries are linked to the gallery chain and retain all tags, favorites, ratings, description, and comments.

I've never uploaded a gallery myself, so this is the best I can do to help.
