When I first saw this one I was hoping it was a Mom taking care of her daughter's boyfriend while the daughter is sick. At the end of the day, I'm not sure what her relationship is to the couple. Seems to be an older neighbor / friend. (That first with the title of the collection which is about suddenly having sex with a female friend.)

The title could easily be translated as Best Friend or True Friend. But a best friend really wouldn't cheat with your husband, would she?
