Bullshit. An Aragami is made up of countless Oracle Cells which reproduce asexually as long as an Aragami keeps feeding, and an Aragami has an almost infinite food supply considering that there's nothing they don't eat. Why the hell would it have a sex drive when it's way more efficient to just eat stuff and reproduce that way? Hell, it's not even a carbon-based life form, which means that any genetic material injected into a human womb would likely be useless since the biochemical reactions that entail human pregnancy would never happen. All monster rape within any God Eater doujin goes against the lore because of science.
