It took a while. For anyone interested, the process was as follows:
1) Write a Python script to output URLs for each 100 blog entries into text files with appropriate names.
2) Use those text files to fill download packages in JDownloader 2 (JAR version, not the installer version) so it crawls each page for images.
3) Add ~20 filters to JDownloader to ensure only the actual sketches are downloaded, and not banner ads or thumbnails from off-site links.
4) Accidentally DoS the blog by attempting to crawl 100+ pages at once.
5) Wait for it to come back online.
6) See step 4.

Supposedly FC2 decided to ban blogs that linked to DLsite and gave existing ones no opportunity to comply. Scabs of the credit card companies that tried leaning on DLsite a month before I bet, but even by their standards such a sudden slash and burn is scummy. So much lore about his works and characters gone thanks to that.
