I like this guy's stuff as a concept, but I agree that his art has not improved at all. Guy has some creative ideas held back by art skill and the need go only draw diapers.

I'd argue that his art has improved a bit on a technical level, but my favorites are mostly his older works. The characters he draws now don't tend to be as cute.
