These are all the CGs for Kimi ga Nozomu Eien Latest Edition at a resolution much higher than what is available in-game, which is at 1024x600. The other CG gallery on e-hentai also has this resolution.

These CGs however have a width of 2108px width and a varying height of 1260px to 1688px, with the most common resolution being 2108x1688. These are the original resolutions for these images. They are not upscaled.

It's not just the resolution either, these CGs restore parts of the images that were cropped out due Latest Edition being widescreen, and many CGs even include parts cropped out from the original 800x600 CGs from 2001.

I simply stumbled upon these images so I don't know where they're from, but they're probably stored within the Latest Edition game files, either unused or downscaled to 1024x600 resolution that the game runs in.
