I've seen enough of these in ACG. That's not how cup sizes work.
A common misinterpretation about cup sizes is that the larger your bust is, the higher the cup size letter goes - but this is not the case. It's more about how "protruding" your breasts are rather then how large they are.
Cup sizes are actually measured by taking the bust size - in this case 88cm (34.6 inches), and subtracting it with the underbust size - measured at the inframammary fold (where the breasts and chest meet). The bust size is then determined by the result of the subtraction - a 1 inch difference between bust size and underbust size equals to an A cup, 2 inches = B cup, etc.

In this case - if our protagonist actually does have an F cup then her underbust size should be 28.6 inches, which is around 72 centimetres.
